To think twins or multiples forces you to become organised?

Just musing... Mine are ds 2 and 3. They're eleven now. And I've realised I'm actually an organised person. This has come as quite a shock, as I never really realised. When I had my first ds, I was hopelessly slapdash and last minute, for years. I was talking with a colleague who confessed she's a last minute person, and it struck me that I'm definitely not any more.... I was thinking back to when that changed, and I realised it was after the babies.

So are any of you multiple parents any different, or does it turn us all into Stepford wives?

Not sure like everyone I've had to be organised in my career other wise I wouldn't have one.
With the kids most of the stress comes from them being normal children who really could not give a shiney shit where or if they have homework. No amount of organisation changes that simple truth.

I think it's just who you are not about how many kids you have of their ages.

At one time I had 2 toddlers and 2 teens. If I hadn't run the house like a military operation I would have gone under. Grin

I was definitely super-organised about all things DT related.

However I have had 'MUM HAIRCUT' 'DENTIST' 'PAY PARKING TICKET' and about 25 other things on the to-do list since what feels like forever. Stuff gets shoved down the priority list and never resurfaces!
