To think my friend is being scammed?

She’s been trying to get me to join her work from home business for a while and after looking into it for a bit I’ve politely but firmly said no. But she won’t let it drop asking why I won’t join her and now I’ve bluntly told her that I think the whole thing is a pyramid scheme style scam and she’s throwing her money away.

We’ve been good friends for years but she has changed so much since she joined this MLM business 6 months ago. Constantly posting inspirational memes on FB and boasting about how much money she’s making. But I know she’s lying as my DH and her DH are also friends and he’s confided how much debt they are in. I’m both so worried for her and worried that our friendship won’t survive if I don’t fork out the £200 for the business in a box and join her.

Don't even get me started on being a "business coach" or "life coach". I spent years building my career, countless nights at college, uni and working my ass off at the bottom of the career ladder to be able to run businesses and motivate people within business. So to read on FB several times over that the fucking drop out from school who wanted to have kids, find a man to keep her and not work, is now earning "mega money" being a "business coach" is laughable and infuriating.

Fuck the fuck off FLbots, you are not nor will you ever be business or life coaches.

We had something on the Isle of Wight a few years ago, It was called Women Empowering Women, in all honesty it should have been called Women Embezzling Women.
The rich initiators profited.

Not sure what your problem is with T i m e l e s s v i e
its hysterically funny and I'm sure the MLM companies would want it gone too

Of course Sairelou, cake you say?

I unfriended several FLbots on FB and have only 2 left. One is high up I think (a team of 100 plus) and has quit her job to do it full time. She is apparently earning lots and doing lots of "planning" and "taking her dd to school around her very flexible job".....not sure how much I believe There are now vlogs too Shock of utter nonsense topics like "how to make targets" and "I'm starting clean 9, fancy joining me".

I just love being a VIEStar. Slinging parsley has changed my life. I'm now a CEO of my own Timeless Vie business with a turnover of 20 quid per month. The DH is a bit whiney about how much product i'm putting on the credit card but you gotta spend money to make money, dream big etc. My kids really enjoy the parsley-based clean food products, even the baby. Plus my dog is so much healthier on parsley, what does the vet know. And also because I am now a Timeless Vie business owner I am way betterer than any doctor, any health issues jsut PM me and I can recommend a product to cure you xxo hun's

Did you look at the FB group before reporting it ?

Is Arbonne on the same lines? A couple of 'friends', who I haven't seen for years, are suddenly keen to meet up and check out my complexion.....

MI6Agent · 28/12/2015 20:52

No I didn't look at the group, as like I said, I didn't want to click on the link.

(What's with the underlining?)

M16 Lazycoo wasn't promoting 'T.V.' as a real company, it isn't, it is a parody of a typical MLM company.

Have a look for yourself. We are trying to show, by copying the ridiculous memes, posts and outrageous medical claims that are saturating facebook, how insidious and dangerous these companies are.

Will they be able to repost it back / undo the delete?

Happy to.

I've got an extended family member who is flogging beauty products at the moment. It's all she talks about and she loves the attention. She tried to recruit me and didn't take it very well when I said no.

Whatever happened to selling good old fashioned Tupperware?!
