To think my DM is being a drama llama

I'm visiting my DM and her boyfriend nipped out to get us McDonalds as he's been at work all day and is knackered from working overtime. He usually cooks and my DM never does.

Anyway, she asked for the new festive burger and off he went. When he came back she went digging for the one without bacon on. She just doesn't like bacon. It's not a religious thing or anything like that. She threw a hissy fit at her boyfriend for not ordering one without bacon even though she asked for a burger that she knows has it on and she didn't ask for without. He made the point that she didn't clarify and she just moaned 'but I don't like baconnn' like a child. I took the bacon off for her and she still wouldn't eat it. He offered to go back and get something else but she's just gone off in a huff whilst swearing at him and calling him awful names.

AIBU to think if you don't like something you should clarify you want it without, take it the fuck off or order something else?

For religious people or veggie/vegans I understand but if you just don't like something then it's damn childish.

she swore at him and went off in a huff? That's awful.

I did point out that although she has a point, the tantrum wasn't on.

As for the food, from where she heard about it, is it clear that it has bacon in?

Yeah she's seen it advertised on TV
