Using student discount if not a student

I have a lifetime .ac.uk address from my old uni. Some sites give student discounts to anyone with an .ac.UK address.

Is this fraud to get the discount if they accept my address that clearly has graduation year in it?

I used my student card to get a student bus pass when I was 18, left the course and continued to use the bus pass at a heavily discounted rate until I moved away from the city at 23 Blush

I'm currently doing an HNC two evenings a week and get discount with my student card even though I work full time. DP moans that I shouldn't be entitled to any discount and he's probably right but there's no way I'm not going to take advantage of it! I work in admin at a university and I didn't realise that staff could buy an NUS card... I'll look into that!
