to want to be fat shamed?

I'm gross. None of my clothes fits me.

I'm 5ft 5", weigh 12st 1lb and have a 42" waist! 42"!

I'm disgusted at myself.

Please fat shame me into doing something about this. I comfort eat and it's horrendous.

I don't think anyone benefits from being "fat shamed".

But I think people CAN benefit from others around them not minimising weight issues, or massively down playing the "need" to lose weight (bit of a motivation sapper if someone is telling you 'oh don't bother...').

Having someone give you a much needed kick up the arse is different to fat shaming.

OP - you'd probably benefit from checking out some of the posts on the weight loss section of the forum. There are lots of people using a whole range of ways to lose a massive range of weight. You're likely to find an approach that appeals to you, and people looking to achieve similar goals.

Being active about making changes will be much more productive than hating yourself! Good luck!
