He works from home but we don't have a printer. He just discovered his passport needs renewing urgently. I sent him the link to info about passport renewal and reminded him that my printer at work still isn't working.

He just bloody well emailed me the form asking if I could maybe ask someone else in here to print it for him.
I said I could not as there is nobody around (this is true) but even it there were, I don't want to be asking my colleagues to print his bloody form. If he can't sort access to a printer (we have a lovely one, he just never got ink for it), then he can go and get a form and handfill it.

Grrr.

Is there a good reason for the inability to get some ink for the printer?

my husband did this.....i renewed mine and my daughters, got him the forms at the same time....told him to get photos done.....it was in the kitchen for months....sorted mine and daughter went to post office had it fast tracked, back within a week.....his form still on side.....6 months later he was panicking about it.....got his mother to do it online for him!....she did it all for him....then the forms came back in the post as it wasnt done correctly????....guess who sorted it out after listening to him shouting in the kitchen about it!

Potato, you sorted it out? Why??!

Glad the majority are on my side.
I googled 'cause I happened to be on lunch at that moment so no bother.

He's sorting himself out now.

Pudcat I did help him - I gave him the information about where to go and get it! I told him my printer was not working so he knew not to rely on that. He can go and get the form and fill it in by hand which is what he is going to do. He'd happily let me do it all and, if I had time, I would happily do it but I am busy at work and he is at home and free to go where he wants, when he wants.

Suggest he orders some more ink on Amazon prime and he'll have it printed in 24 hours :-)
