To find the Daily Mail free calendar of photos of Prince George and Princess Charlotte a bit weird?

Not sure why anybody would want a 2016 calendar of photos of someone else's children, who they don't know?

Also, some of the photos advertised as being in the calendar look slightly intrusive.

It's weird. My DM likes sharing pictures of Prince George on Facebook, I don't think she'd be sad enough to buy a calendar though.

Flashbangandgone · 27/11/2015 18:57

Yanbu - it's wierd.

ILikeToClean · 27/11/2015 19:12

I saw the ad on tv today and just knew there would be a thread about it! Yes very weird but the DM are obsessed with Kate and the "cuties". Surprised they haven't done a Downton Abbey calendar yet! Another of their obsessions!

People are really weird about the royal family - I will never understand it Confused

Sparklingbrook · 27/11/2015 20:07

I bet some strange folk would buy a 'Beckham Offspring 2016' calendar. Hmm

PiperIsTerrysChoclateOrange · 27/11/2015 20:15

Brand beckham is trade marked so posh n becks would have to do the calender.

limitedperiodonly · 27/11/2015 20:18

I have a 2015 calendar of Prince George given away free in the Daily Mail. It saved me buying one.

I will be most upset if I've missed the 2016 one.

Sparklingbrook · 27/11/2015 20:19

I would not be surprised if posh and becks did do a family calendar and be fully behind it.

limitedperiodonly · 27/11/2015 20:20

I mean a calendar. I don't care whether it has pictures of pretty babies or pretty kittens on it, as long as it works.

BMW6 · 27/11/2015 20:52

Me too limited. I hang it up so the pics aren't on show, just the dates. I'll be getting mine tomorrow. Smile

The80sweregreat · 27/11/2015 20:54

The DM loves royality. Its a wonder they havent sent one to every home in the land.

limitedperiodonly · 27/11/2015 21:08

The Daily Mail's TV guide on a Saturday is also very good BMW6. But I guess you know that

sharonthewaspandthewineywall · 27/11/2015 21:13

I'm very shocked the orange one who loves his kids hasn't done a family calendar, free with every prawn ring

imgoingdowntown · 27/11/2015 21:18

YANBU. A friend once gave me a calendar with pictures of her sons. Wtf. I don't have a calendar of my own DC, why would I want one of hers??

WhyCantIuseTheNameIWant · 27/11/2015 21:27

Kate's cuties?

Did wills not play a part in this?

is it not called the heir and the spare

Just weird. Don't get it. But each to their own.

limitedperiodonly · 28/11/2015 15:52

I have it in front of me. To anyone whose knickers were getting in a twist - there is not a single pap shot.

To others: there is enough room to write a couple of engagements. Maybe more if your handwriting is really neat.

And it was free with my Daily Mail, which on Saturdays, has the best TV guide.
