To wash the sheets every time ds spits up?

Ds is almost 8mo and has discovered he can roll and does it in his cot, this usually results in him being a bit sick or at the very least dribbling all over the sheet. I put a muslin or blanket over the sheet but sometimes it leaks through. I usually just change the sheet but Dp says that if it is just a little bit it is fine to just dry it of with a cloth or muslin.. Am I being a bit precious changing it every time??i know I wouldn't like to lie on a damp sheet..

I think his gums are sore. It's so out of character, he normally sleeps well, and he never screams that much. He's sleeping now so fingers crossed

Sorry for being sensitive to your post earlier. I read it as leaving him. I'm a bit over sensitive after being around my friend doing controlled crying. Fwiw, I always 'caved in' when they cried and don't regret doing so!
