Ds was sick last week and vomited, no temp but has had a runny nose since.
Dd started with feeling sick and a really high temp yesterday but no other symptoms and went to school fine this morning.
Just got to bedtime and both have 39.5 and 39.7 degree temperatures and I've just checked throats and both have white spots (although dds were very hard to spot as she had her tonsils removed earlier this year )
Should I call Dh out of work and do out of hours or take them to docs first thing in morning?
I'm concerned as their temperatures are so high.

Sorry had to abandon thread, ds' condition deteriorated quite quickly and his body was jolting a bit and thought he was going to have a febrile convulsion so I called OOH who told me to take them both straight to the children's dept on our local A&E
Ds and dd both have strep tonsilitis and are on a course of penicillin. Poor ds' tonsils were in a bit of a state, Dr thinks the jolting was to do with his temperature but from what I described she thought it wasn't a convulsion, she did give it a name but I forget what it was. Both back home exhausted.

Sounds like rigor. I'm glad that they're home and have their medicine. I hope you all have some rest.
