It's for a charity auction at work. Ideally it would be both ugly and funny, so people will bid for it.

I made the ugliest christmas bauble ever. Unfortunately I can't send it to you OP as every year DS gives it pride of place on the tree and congratulates me on "all the hard work" I put into it in a sweet but patronising fashion.

Dione, DD does this too whenever I fail to fix something (usually broken toys). "Don't worry mummy, I know you tried your best effort. Well done for trying your best." Cringe.

Chippy, these are both great! I love the knitted yoda, but the vintage ones have an undeniably creepy quality.
