Can't work out whether or not David Tennant is attractive.

Bit of a newbie to Dr Who but started watching on Netflix about 3 weeks ago and am on series 4. There's definitely something about David Tennant and there's a running joke about companions, Captain Jack, etc. fancying him but I can't work out if he's actually attractive. AIBU???

He's not pretty to look at, but he is very attractive.

I think the two things are very different.

He looks like a weasel as re-imagined by Pixar.

No no ouryve he is both attractive AND pretty to look at! Not to mention just extraordinarily charismatic and sexy. Saw his DW costume at the DW Experience this year. Stood and thought dirty gazed at it for a loooong time.

He's very attractive without being classically good looking.

I used to like him, but I watched an episode of Have I Got News For You last week which he hosted and there were some nasty sexist 'jokes' he made in there which put me right off. (I realise he probably didn't write the script but never mind).

I loved him in Doctor Who. Then went off him a bit (I think he was a bit lanky), wasn't too keen in Broadchurch. Then he was on last weeks HIGNFY and my love was rekindled. He's lovely, and I think he would give a nice cuddle (if slightly elbowy).

Attraction is subjective.

There are even some people in this world that don't recognise ME as the clear goddess supermodel that I clearly am

I will never understand what folk see in David Tennant. But worse is that other truly hideous Dr Who guy -the one with a face like a shoe.

I can't believe this thread - I thought it would be four pages of people saying YES, HE IS BLOODY LOVELY. Which he is. So there.

I think he's lovely, he's aged now but very tasty a few years ago.

I've met both him and Ewan in the flesh, lots of magnetism in real life.

And DT (or mt ten inch) is very tall!

Fright Night is an appalling film but my, he does look nice in it.

Best bit about last week's Doctor Who was that DT was in it fleetingly.

He was very fanciable when he first became the Doctor. Watch the Christmas Invasion with the Sycorax. Very very lovely.

I fancy him a fair bit but only as Dr Who. For some reason any other role he has I imagine there are little flecks of spit coming out of his mouth when he is 'emoting'.

He's not goodlooking but he is attractive. Not when he's in Doctor Who mode though. The manic speedtalking style does my head in, Matt whatsisname was the same..I suppose its meant to spell out "DR WHO IS AN ECCENTRIC" but its so annoying. But yeah..DT is attractive most of the time
