A few days ago my daughter was given medication at nursery which was intended for another child. Would it be unreasonable to report to ofsted and/or is this something the nursery will do themselves?

Minectact i dont have asthma but i use my inhaler when i need to but also 3 times a day.
May not be a brown could be any of the preventative inhalers..
I don't think it will harm though.
I've used 3 different prevetative inhalers for last 2 for and it turns out i don't have asthma. ??
This does need sorting out though.
What happens if next time it's something more serious?

I'm not sure some docs all say the same thing about the steroid inhalers. My partners was told to use the brown inhaler if he felt wheezy Confused

So they mixed up children and gave your dd an asthma drug not intended for her, you picked her up and nothing was said. They presumably realised their mistake when the asthmatic child was picked up (and therefore identified)and called you to let you know. Have I got that right? Piss poor procedure. My child wouldn't be going back.
