Its completely rational but I really dislike Brian McFadden a ridiculous amount- no apparent reason other than things I've read. To a lesser extent I also really dislike olly murs because if an article I read about him years ago...do you do the same- hold personal grudges against people you've never actually met Smile

OP posts:
blamethecat · 28/09/2015 21:36

Paul Daniels
Bruce Forsyth (sp?)
Sara Cox
James Corden
Ricky Gervais
And lots of others.

ComposHatComesBack · 28/09/2015 21:36

Jessica Ennis - like watching porridge cook

You take that back ... that's the woman I love.

Mrsjayy · 28/09/2015 21:37

Oh she was room 101 earlier she is really smug eh

SeekEveryEveryKnownHidingPlace · 28/09/2015 21:37

And Chris moyles and Danny baker.

Mrsjayy · 28/09/2015 21:38

Victoria cohen mitchell not jennifer Ennis

SeekEveryEveryKnownHidingPlace · 28/09/2015 21:39

On it as a guest, MrsJ, or as a thing to go in room 101? Grin

Mrsjayy · 28/09/2015 21:42

A guest but in would have been better

ALassUnparalleled · 28/09/2015 21:43

Alexa Chung-why is she famous?

I have Googled her to try to find the answer and am none the wiser.

ButterflyUpSoHigh · 28/09/2015 21:46

Fiona Phillips the stupid sounds she makes
Gabby Logan just annoying and smug
Clare Balding I have to switch off if she comes on the tv
Paloma Faith no talent she sounds awful
Keith Lemon not funny in the slightest
Eddie Redmayne sounded like a frog in Les Mis

Alisvolatpropiis · 28/09/2015 21:48

Butterfly

And he can't close his mouth. Ever. I can only imagine from this that he is a mouth breather.

littlefrenchonion · 28/09/2015 21:49

Matt Edmonson from Radio 1. His 'dad humour' is so cringy, I have to turn him off.

Likewise the entire presenting team of HeartFM. It's like the radio equivilant of one of those 60p women's magazines you get in the doctor's.

Robbie Williams I don't 'get' - he's not that attractive, intelligent or witty. I don't hate him as such I just don't understand the hysteria MIL I am looking at you.

Amanda Holden - smug
Paul O'Grady - wet blanket
Daniel O'Donnell on strictly this year - he just gives me the creeps! I don't know why!

Scremersford · 28/09/2015 21:59

No-one knows why Alexa Chung is famous. It is one of the Great Mysteries of our time. But it is believed to be for similar reasons that Daisy Lowe is famous.

ComposHatComesBack · 28/09/2015 22:04

Daisy Lowe at least has famous parents to thank for her fame. Alexa Chung seems to have risen without trace for utterly unfathomable reasons.

Sunsoo · 28/09/2015 22:06

Stop press! Someone has spoken against Benedict Cumberbatch!

Tillitookanarrow I hope you namechanged before you posted that!

Welshwabbit · 28/09/2015 22:09

So glad someone else has said Tom Hanks. Far too many of you have perfectly rational reasons for disliking your celebrities. I have no good reason at all for hating Tom Hanks. I think it stems from For rest Gump - really hated that film, primarily because the female character who took a few drugs and slept around a bit died of AIDS. I mean, seriously?! But that was hardly Tom Hanks' fault. Nevertheless, I can't watch him in anything.

Scremersford · 28/09/2015 22:11

I think they move in the same social circles. Nick Grimshaw too, along with Pixie Geldof. Etc..

Hassled · 28/09/2015 22:16

I've hated Sally Fields for so long that no-one now will even know who she is (Forrest Gump and other shite). I took an immediate dislike her in the mid-80s and nothing she has ever done or said since has changed my mind. And I can't even explain why - it used to infuriate Ex-H. Some of our best rows were about my hatred of Sally Fields.

Mrsjayy · 28/09/2015 22:16

Urgh Nick im northern you know grimshaw bugger off

QueenCardi · 28/09/2015 22:19

Some of our favourite celebs are out in force at the pride of Britain awards Grin

Jeffreythegiraffe · 28/09/2015 22:36

Keira Knightly, pout to the camera. Give it a rest.

Bear Grylls and his 'surviving'. No you fucking aren't, you're pissing around in a forest.

WhyDontYouProveIt · 28/09/2015 22:46

A lot of these are perfectly rational (Brian McFadden, Lorraine Kelly, the crerpinwss of Daniel O Donnell and Alan Titshmarsh).

Mine is Kate Winslet. I think it's the utter falseness of her 'I'm normal and just like you' bollocks. I don't actually mind that she is rich and has a great career and a fantastic lifestyle. Just don't pretend you are the same as me because enormous wealth is a great divider. If you are reading Kate, I don't mind that you have it, but don't be disingenuous and pretend you haven't changed. It's insulting.

LilaTheTiger · 28/09/2015 22:49

I've just popped back to this thread, I'm so relieved Titchmarsh is an arse and I can un-irrationally shudder when I see him on screen! Grin

I came back to say Paul McCartney. The awful frog chorusing irritant.

minsmum · 28/09/2015 22:53

I loathe Tom Hanks as well, thought I was the only one. I can't watch anything that he is in

thefourgp · 28/09/2015 23:03

It's not irrational to dislike Danny 'i suggest you slash your ex girlfriend's face' Dyer.

Not sure if this counts as a celebrity but I don't like Mickey Mouse for no good reason.

hellsbellsmelons · 28/09/2015 23:09

And... Johnny Vaughan.
Can't stand him.
Have X on now for Chris but got in car on way home and OMG.
Hideous man. Yeuk.
