Its completely rational but I really dislike Brian McFadden a ridiculous amount- no apparent reason other than things I've read. To a lesser extent I also really dislike olly murs because if an article I read about him years ago...do you do the same- hold personal grudges against people you've never actually met Smile

almapudden · 28/09/2015 19:24

I love Mark Wahlberg!

Senpai · 28/09/2015 19:26

Micheal Cera. Not as a person, but the character type cast he's always in, combined with his passive sounding voice, just drives me nuts.

DickDewy · 28/09/2015 19:26

Although I am sure he's very nice, Brian Cox is utterly repulsive to me.

Also can't abide Victoria Beckham - everything about her is fake imo.

Janeymoo50 · 28/09/2015 19:27

Mo Farrah - cannot abide him, don't know why. I have a huge list of others too, all totally without any good reason, Jeremy Vine, Carol Vorderman, Ricky Gervais to name but a few.

KenDoddsDadsDog · 28/09/2015 19:31

Sting . Goes from RP to Geordie depending upon the circumstance. And his sidekick Jimmy crocodile shoes Nail.

mudandmayhem01 · 28/09/2015 19:32

Jess Ennis is lovely, I see her in woods with her dog and baby and in Sainsbury's so I feel like I know her! Won't hear a word against her . Also I really like Andy Murray as he comes across as an honest normal( I like the grumpiness) person rather than a smug git like Rodger Federer.

OhTinky · 28/09/2015 19:33

Eddie Redmayne. Even just typing his name has given me the shivers!

NecklessMumster · 28/09/2015 19:34

Yes to Steve Wright dj .My dp puts his programme on to wind me up. It's his awful voice and because he used to say 'factoids'

sharonthewaspandthewineywall · 28/09/2015 19:34

Arghhhh how did I forget Corden the bloody big sod!

BolshierAryaStark · 28/09/2015 19:38

Fuck, cannot believe I forgot about Susanna Reid-she seriously irritates the fuck out of me. Smug twat.

Redcrayons · 28/09/2015 19:41

Most of these are unlike able for perfectly rational reasons ie Brian McFadden and PA.
Gareth Malone is the loveliest man alive so how anyone can not like him is beyond me.

Julia Bradbury is on my list. I thought she was gay so when she married a man I felt slightly betrayed. I've no Idea why I thought she was gay.

I've hated Will Mellor for a loooong time. Every time I see him On anything he seems nice and pleasant which makes me hate him even more. I can't even remember why I hate him, it's just my default setting.

Fontella · 28/09/2015 19:54

Chris Evans. He has annihilated R2 in the mornings and can't seem to do a radio show without a load of friends in the studio laughing at his jokes. A radio show should be about the audience not about the presenter. Can't stand the lucky smug git.

This.

I simply cannot abide the bloke in any way, shape or form and whether it's irrational or not I don't know, but plenty do seem to like him, so I'm grateful to find this post from Roussette.

Just everything about him - how he looks, what he says, how he talks ... that voice, you can almost hear the spit dribbling out of the corners of his mouth, as his words trip over themselves to get out as he gabbles on and on. The odd record played here by way of interlude, just to give him a bit of breathing space to start gabbling again in that shouty, spitty voice. He's turned Radio2 into CBeebies in the mornings and I haven't been able to listen for years.

And now they are putting him all over the fucking telly. Top Gear and TFI Friday?! Confused

Alisvolatpropiis · 28/09/2015 20:07

alma

Mark Wahlberg is a racist pig who, much like Cheryl Cole, has been allowed to blithely put his racist actions behind him and become mega rich.

The Vietnamese man he blinded couldn't do that though.

TapDancingPimp · 28/09/2015 20:27

Who is 'the orange one'? Confused

paulapompom · 28/09/2015 20:34

It's Peter Andre tap x

paulapompom · 28/09/2015 20:35

Mark Wahlberg blinded someone?! Oh no.

Reggiesgirl · 28/09/2015 20:37

Jamelia or Pixie Lott, I just don't see what the point of them is!

Scremersford · 28/09/2015 20:41

Rita Ora - comes across as hard-faced and selfish, not that talented.
Rhianna - the same as above
Anne Hathaway - I don't know why, she just really irritates me. It might have to do with constantly being told by the media how stunningly beautiful she is when you see far more beautiful women sitting on the bus.
Blake Lively - the same as above, plus only one hairstyle (swept to one side, long), one acting expression (a particularly annoying fake gasp) and poor choice of films (probably because that's all she gets offered)
Alesha Dixon is a British singer who coms into the same category. Deeply irritating to have middle aged men's fancies forced on you and repeatedly told how wonderful they are
Damian Lewis and Helen McRory - come across as overly lovey, privileged and selfish.
Emma Thompson - annoying arty farty privileged person.
Dara O'Brien - fat annoying ordinary man, main point of interest is his oddly pronounced surname
Philip Schofield - very fake and I have a suspicion he is very biased behind the fakeness and quite critical
Eamonn Holmes - really annoying man, full of his own greatness
Mo Farah - so far up the Establishment's backside it makes you sick. Doesn't support his teammates or grassroots athletics.
Michael Caine - fail to see any talent.
Gordon Ramsay - how vile is he?
Nicola Sturgeon - megalomaniac politician who wishes to impose her opinions on others no matter how they feel
Chris Evans - no voice for radio, no face for tv. Why is this man famous?
Oprah Winfrey - same as above, except she's a woman
Russell Brand - self explanatory
Frank Skinner - I admit this is a lengthy grudge, but ever since he was so vile and unhelpful to an obviously out of control Tara P-T during an interview
Caitlyn Jenner - trying too hard to hang onto the limelight, not that interesting. Ditto Kylie Jenner, all Kardashians
Miley Cyrus - whiny voice, tendency to wear granny pants to attract mid twenties metrosexual men who then like to tell you how "sexy" she is, just wrong
Courtney Love - career out of her dead (and estranged) husband

chicaguapa · 28/09/2015 20:48

YY to Amanda Holden, DVO and Paul Mc. Not a celeb but I have to turn the TV off if Dave Scameron is on for fear that I might smash it.

BeverlyGoldberg · 28/09/2015 20:59

Martine McCutcheon
Chris Moyles
Denise Welch
Andy Murray (and his miserable mother and brother and wife)
Rylan

CrapBag · 28/09/2015 20:59

Kristen Stewart. I've seen her described as a Hollywood beauty. No she fucking ain't, she's a minger that you wouldn't look twice at on the street and cracked a smile love ffs.

Nicola Sturgeon. One of the worst things about the election was having to see her her smug twat face everywhere.

Ian Duncan Smith. Actually scrap that because that is, in no way, irrational.

Russell Brand. Please discover that wonderful invention of a hairbrush, it works wonders. And while you're at it, have a wash you skanky tramp.

Kate Moss. Disgraceful she was allowed to a continue a career after those pictures. Ok decent cheekbones but apart from that, really nothing special.

Scarlet Johanasen (cannot spell it), no idea why but so,ething about her screams 'smug'.

CrapBag · 28/09/2015 21:00

Oh and how could I forget, Kanye West. Urgh. Horrible horrible waste of skin and oxygen that man is.

Sunsoo · 28/09/2015 21:01

I'm not a fan of Cheryl, but please note that she was found 'not guilty' of racism. The woman who accused Cheryl of racism did not claim that Cheryl had been racist towards her in her initial statement. The woman changed her statement AFTER she had given an interview to the press.

MERLYPUSSEDOFF · 28/09/2015 21:02

Greg Wallace the shouting potato Angry

Alisvolatpropiis · 28/09/2015 21:03

Didn't know that, Sunsco, duly noted! Smile
