to ask how you keep track of everything?

I am utter shit for brains lately. I am really struggling with remembering things. A few examples as of late: I remembered last week I was sure my depo jab was around now sometime, called the GP and it's next Monday. Wasn't written down anywhere so I could have missed it. I remembered on Monday that my car is soon due it's MOT. It expires next Weds. Luckily got it booked in hastily and it passed. Son has his first year jabs tomorrow and this was diarised but I have to keep reminding myself about it.

I seem to have such a scatter brain right now. I dont know why. I used to be so organised. How do you keep track of everything?

Sunshineandsilverbirch I did wonder where you are uploading to!

Well, my calendar on my phone is all dated up and I like that when my phone locks, if i press a button to make the screen light up, it tells me of anything I have that day - so this morning it reminded me of his Drs appts and now they have passed, it's telling me about his stay and play session at nursery tonight. So as well as alerting me, it's there whenever I go near my phone.

Can you get a Me, Him, Kids type calendar anywhere with separate columns?

Yep, we've had one the last 3 years. It has dates down one side and 5 columns we use for mum/dad/DD/DS/family events. Got ours on Amazon, but if you search family calendar you'll find lots of options.

I have a diary, I write everything in that and consult it at least once a day!

Old fashioned wall calendar - its the only thing that works for me

As well as Outlook calendar at work (with Advance Warning-type settings), I also have a diary in my handbag and a calendar on the kitchen wall. The most useful one, though specifically for DH and DS is the calendar on the wall facing the loo; considering how long they spend in there, it does seem to help them remember stuff too!

Kitchen calender. As soon as anything comes in it goes on the calendar and if it's major it gets a run over with a highlighter. Shopping lists on fridge and notes between me and hubby for other stuff like 'didn't get the dogs out' or stop leaving tools in the kids room arse bag! !!!'
