A taxi (private) has parked on street behind my flat every night for the last 2 weeks, driver stays in car. He doesn't move at all during the time he's parked there so presumably not waiting on a fair the taxi company is biggest in my area so no shortage of business . He is there again now yesterday he was there from just before 5 till atleast 11pm, most nights it's from 6/7pm till after 11pm.
I'm not going to deny I'm a tiny bit nosy 
I don't understand why he chooses there it is a one way street outside a multipurpose building, (yoga, energy deals etc) at the end of the street there are flats. There are plenty of lovely places nearby he could spend 5 hours.
Just to add I don't spend all day watching him but he parks directly across from my flat and I spend alot of time in kitchen / kids room and he's right outside.
so any guesses? My nossynes has got the best of me, I'm imagining scenarios none of them seem likely though.
