I am so secure in my state of non unreasonsonbleness I don't even feel the need to justify myself with my harrowing epic tail of woe, with myself as the put upon hero at the mercy of a bunch of money grabbing, service witholding, unresponsive cunt monkeys.

We had Virgin broadband with an ancient old modem but brilliant fast service. They decide to focus on cabled areas only and moved us to TalkTalk who were useless billing wise.

We moved to BT for the sport (just before they announce the additional charges!) and the service has been awful. We've gone from using up to 6 wireless devices and watching Netflix etc with Virgin, to being unable to load a page on here in under a minute at times.

Everything is the same except for the modem. The all singing home new BT hub is awful. BT are blaming my walls, our devices, the position of the phone line... All things that were in place when we had perfect service from Virgin for 7 years.
I can't wait for the 12 months to be up.

I got cold called by BT the other day. I was a bit short. I had BT once and never again.

We have Plusnet now. I think they're owned by BT but I have to say they've been brilliant.
