AIBU to eat phish food for tea tonight?

I have a sore throat and earache and feel rubbish

I've got a tub of phish food in the freezer -shall I?

YANBU. I've just eaten half a litre of carte dor in my defense I'm eating for 3! Phish Food sound like it would have been better though.

I can confirm that the peanut butter cookie core (purchased in Co-op btw) is as delicious as it sounds. I'm think the optimum amount in one sitting is 2/3 of the tub though, the whole tub at once was just a little bit too much.

I would start off with a couple of slices of toast or a cup of soup or something like that before getting stuck into the phish food. I love phish food but it is very sweet and potentially nausea inducing.
