Is this normal and does it really pay to be so demanding?

Am staying in a hotel on our holiday. At breakfast, dd wanted to write something, so we asked a waiter if he had any spare paper.
He brought over a few stapled sheets and she got on quietly. I thought no more of it until later when I turned it over. It's a full list of everyone stating at the hotel. It's got names, dates and what extras people are getting, with comments like "extremely fussy and demanding, treat with a lot of care"
I was fascinated and felt like a naughty school kid reading it.
Forgetting the total disregard for confidentiality, it appears that they have tried really hard to accommodate their guests' whims/needs.
It's a nice hotel, but not the Four Seasons.
Also, I have no idea what to do with it. DD's writing is all over the back, so I can't casually leave it behind the counter. I don't really want to bin it and anyway it mentions all sorts of stuff.

Prostitutes? As in, "Room 465, lone female guest is entertaining several guests each day, ensure she has extra towels"? Grin

We know someone who manages to swing a bottle of free champagne or an upgrade everytime they stay in a hotel and she won't leave reception until they have given her something extra!
