Do you think this irate mum is a MumsNetter - parking thread

A lone driver took the last parent & child parking space. So instead of finding somewhere else to park like a sensible person would she blocked him in for 20 minutes.

Was she BU?

"An actual need Dish. It isn't rocket science."

It may not be rocket science, but an actual need is most certainly not always identifiable.

Who could identify someone as making their first solo trip to the supermarket following recovery from a heart attack (and, before someone mentions it, Blue Badge could be applied for, but they can take a time to process)?

There could be dozens of unidentifiable needs. Would we judge people as "pricks" because the need isn't evident?

Haha, I thought this! Not that I read the DMC oh no

If she was actually a Mumsnetter though she would've fumed, come home, started a thread the responses to which where 20% "Not another P&C thread...", 20% "What a dickhead, you should have blocked him in hun", 10% "We never had P&C spaces in my day and we coped!" and 50% "P&C spaces are a marketing swiz, don't get your knickers in a twist".

UnsolvedMystery · 23/07/2015 23:56

Ha ha! stupid woman.
So he "swerved in" to steal the last P&C space? He didn't just get to the space first?
Why didn't she just park her car further away? It's not that difficult!

I was at a large shopping mall type thing today.
We parked up in the very large carpark nearest to the food hall. It was packed - but the spaces at the furthest end of the car park were mostly empty. They were parent & child spaces.
The food hall was jam-packed with families who clearly had no problem parking in the traditional spaces which were closer to the entrance.

What a silly woman

If she was a fully fledged MNer, she'd still be BF her 2&5 year old and would of entered Sainsburys with them both attached.

WankerDeAsalWipe · 24/07/2015 07:23

If she was a fully fledged mnetter she d either be in lidl spending £20 a month on her family of 4, or at home waiting on her Ocado delivery with her milk made from extract of organic gnats pee.

Sparklingbrook · 24/07/2015 07:30

I read that and cringed. What a sorry tale. She could have got her shopping done in the time she spent pissing about in the car park and grassing him up etc. What an idiot.
