He said he had a gift for me in his rucksack.I asked if it was a box of chocolates? Sadly, NO!!! This must be the most unromantic gift I have ever received. What planet is he on ?!
Apparently it will shine my boots :)

I met him today for coffee and cake and the first thing he asked was had I dubbed my boots? No I haven't.
Nothing else in the tin apart from dubbin.i know it's practical and all that but right now I need chocolate or an ice cream :) ( I live by the sea)

spottybottycream · 22/07/2015 17:50

Did you not ask him why?

RoosterCogburn · 22/07/2015 17:55

You know he's a keeper when he dubs your boots for you.
When we first got together DH was horrified that I didn't treat/polish my DMs. After we'd been out a few times he took it upon himself to start looking after my extensive shoe/boot collection
