Would I be entirely unreasonable to pitch up and not move?

My current soon to be ex "employer" are not paying me what they are due me.

I'm considering (albeit after a few glasses of wine so may change my mind) going to my work and refusing to move until they pay me what they are owe tomorrow at some point.

I have proof of discrimination against myself and other current employees and I'm thinking I may just make some copies of the proof and suggesting I distribute them whilst awaiting payment to management (owners)

I'm feeling a bit "claws out" at the moment.

I should mention I've quit and technically been given pay in lieu of notice (with unlawful deductions and it detailed in various communications) with them mascarding it as garden leave so I don't actually have to go into work.

I'd seek legal advice first. You don't want to act in haste and find out you've harmed your position in a future employment tribunal hearing. CAB might be a good first port of call.

I have a solicitor who said as I am still employed by the company and I have not signed anything to say I will stay away from the premises and not divulge any information to anyone else I am within my contractual rights to pitch up.
