Anyone else find him strangely attractive?

Not sure whether it's the accent, the big ears or the potato nose, he doesn't look like he ought to be attractive, but he really really is.

Alastair Campbell makes me MELT.

Springheeled · 08/07/2015 23:27

Paul Mason is lush! His book is good too but he does come across as an over enthusiastic grandad sometimes

FraggleHair · 08/07/2015 23:27

Oh yes I completely understand the Alistair Campbell lust.

Springheeled · 08/07/2015 23:28

ie when gushing about hipster rebels listening to dub step and writing tweets

Springheeled · 08/07/2015 23:28

With Alistair Campbell it's hard to get past the dodgy dossier really

auldspinster · 10/07/2015 20:41

Alex Thomson has kissed me (on the cheek sadly). Paul Mason's novel 'Rare Earth' is delightfully filthy.

MitzyLeFrouf · 10/07/2015 20:43

Lucky you!

Bum cheek or face cheek?

auldspinster · 10/07/2015 20:46

Face cheek! He's enormously tall and hunky.

MitzyLeFrouf · 10/07/2015 20:51

Oh I think he's delicious!

nelsonscolumn · 10/07/2015 20:52

Another Alistair Campbell and Robert Peston fan here. My DD saw Robert Peston in Leon near her office so I may be planning a visit soon!

auldspinster · 10/07/2015 20:59

Moi aussi.

Marylou2 · 10/07/2015 21:06

Grin Nettletheelf I remember those too. Useful as an emergency vase. What was I thinking?!!

basicbitch · 10/07/2015 21:10

fraggle nettle Grin

LittleBearPad · 10/07/2015 21:11

Oh yes. I think it's the accent.

SwedishEdith · 10/07/2015 23:22

I saw Alistair Campbell in London once on that grassy bit by the Houses of Parliament. He was all flamboyant and chatty to someone media or political.

Echocave · 11/07/2015 00:42

I think Paul needs to slow down a bit. Recent news coverage has had him gabbling away at Matt Frei about Greece and Paul is rushing so much he can barely get his words out. Even Matt looked a bit concerned tonight. It's ok Paul, we're listening!! [dont fancy him though but to each their own etc].

auldspinster · 13/07/2015 12:12

There's a Mason/Thomson double whammy on the Greece talks right now - in Athens and Brussels respectively. Grin
