Daily Fail link don't click if you don't like them

Apparently the family bought the doll I think from Toys R Us and it says "Fuck, fuck fuck it" and their 2 year old is now saying it too.

I don't think it sounds remotely like Fuck it..it sounds like a weird recording of a voice imitating a baby badly. Or like the batteries are going. What do you think?

ok so i thought it was saying fuck it but maybe its because its what i thought it would say (i think i prejudiced myself in other words) so i didnt tell my daughter (15) and played it for her she jumped and said is that doll supposed to have a potty mouth!

new batteries needed perhaps?

Well as we weren't able to hear the child repeat what she'd learned from the doll it's hard to judge if she was actually repeating what the doll said. I rather suspect she isn't.

To an adult who is already familiar with the word fuck, it very well might sound like that's what the doll is saying, and maybe it is. But trying to claim that a child, who presumably, hasn't heard the word before is picking it up and clearly repeating the one word fuck from the babble that the doll is making is nonsense.

Where does the DM find these people? And really, those oh so sad faces.

I've got another word for the DM, bollocks.

Maybe it depends on how you say fuck and how you are used to hearing the word fuck pronounced based on accents etc but I think it sounds very very like fuck.

It sounds like it's singing "fuck, fuck, fuck-it, yay ay" Grin
