AIBU to ask what's the hot craze among 8-9 year old girls?

My niece is 8 on Friday, and I need to get her a present - something I can get from Amazon Prime, really. I'm largely nc with her mother so can't ask for suggestions. I know it's awful of me to leave it so late but I've been pretty ill recently, with an operation scheduled for next week, and it's just slipped my mind until this morning. So those of you with girls of about this age, what is 'in' at the moment?

Zelfs and stationery would be a winner in our house with similar aged Dds.
Also anything mine craft or sing star/ karaoke related.

My DD is 8 and she is all about stationary/craft stuff at the moment. Pencils, paints, gel pens, glitter glue etc.
Her favourite shop is Smiggle!

She also really likes Shopkins and books. She's just finished book 12 in the Judy Moody series :)

Monster high dolls

Sequin Art is good.

Blott rubbers (or anything from Blott) is the new big thing around here.

Monster High. Smiggle. Any friendship/loom band crafty kits.

Minecraft or shopkins here (but with some in both camps and some in neither, so probably you need to stay clear of both if you don't know!).

Also second stationary and craft kits with the caveat that I (as a parent) feel swamped by them!

My cupboards are overflowing with craft sets I beg you not crafts or anything needing adult intervention

My dd has the journal mentioned and does like it
