Just that really. And if you've acheived a flat, toned stomach or just lost the flab on it (in my case) what it is you found to be most effective?

Zumba three times a week (ideal world) or once a week (more realistic world Sad).

For me the key with exercise is enjoying it; I won't go to classes or do routines I don't enjoy. I love the music and the challenge of trying and failing miserably to remember the moves.

I agree, it needs to be something you enjoy, or at least don't dread the thought of.

There is no point in me joining a spin class or taking up tennis because I would dread going all day and lose interest after a couple of weeks.
I like swimming and don't mind walking so even though they mightn't be as energetic as tearing around a court or cycling like a maniac, the fact that I will probably stick with them means they are the best route to me toning up and losing weight.

Gym for around an hour 3-5 times a week depending on work commitments and if I can get anyone else to join me
Really miss swimming but my local pool changed timing of sessions so can rarely go

Swimming lessons a great idea. Being able to so proper strokes makes the whole process more enjoyable.

I run for at least half an hpurc3times a week, long cycle ride at least once a week.

I hated feeling so out of shape whem t children were young and I didn't have time or was too tired. Always been slim but now fit as well.
