AIBU to ask if anyone else has brown discharge before period and why is this? (sorry for tmi)

I'm def not pregnant, have pms symptons but brown discharge but no period? I do have pcos and am 39 but this has not happened before.

I had this from when my periods started until I had my eldest child. I never had it again after that. I have 4 children all very easily conceived so it certainly wasn't related to infertility or the menopause here.

I was about to say the same as you itsnotasperfect. Had it for years and years but not at all since birth of my last dc. It's totally stopped now. It's made me curious as to why.
