I used to bu 2-3 m of bright polyester like this for £2 per metre from the market.

WyrdByrd strangely, Olaf appears to be the only thing that could legitimately wear this and not look ridiculous.

I keep imagining trying to wear it to, say, a posh evening do, and as you waft in the door, it wafts up and reveals your knickers.
