to think that 3.5% fat is 'low-fat'?

Crisps, yoghurts and ready meals have low-fat plastered all over them and contain more than 3.5% fat. Blue top milk is seen as a horrifying health risk as it's 'full fat', but surely if it's only 3.5% fat we should be rejoicing in it's creamy loveliness instead of it being so vilified?

Unpasteurised milk is really, really nice. Our local farmer produced it and we drank loads.

Nobody needs milk except babies. Cow's milk is produced by taking away the cows' babies.

Only when they have been weaned though, because they are continued to be milked then they continue to produce same as a human would

Did you know - apparently there is more calcium in skimmed than in whole milk! I like to drink whole but have skimmed. Can't stand whole milk in tea these days though.
