Mine's Victoria Coren.

Our life together would be like a much less irritating SATC. We'd go to all the little pubs together, and make smutty jokes, and discuss lots of serious issues mostly in the form of pithy one-liners. And maybe she'd let me paint her toenails at Grease-esque sleep-overs.

If you're around, Victoria, give me a call, eh? and don't call the police about this post

Nigella Lawson. She seems lovely, clever, interesting and would make amazing food for me

Mel and Sue, Jo Brand and Mary Berry would join us for nights out!

Spermysextowel · 25/04/2015 00:21

Anyone but the nasal Coren! Sue & Mel I think, with the Governess from The Chase.
I think she'd be scary but fun.

Taylor Swift. I think we'd get on well and she is beautiful. Also Cameron Diaz. I'm a bit shallow.

When I'm having a hard week I sometimes wish I could go round to the Siddiqui family from goggle box's house. It looks a very relaxing and calming place to be. I catch myself thinking 'wouldn't it be nice to nip round and watch coronation Street with sid and the lads'

LonnyVonnyWilsonFrickett · 25/04/2015 00:35

Me and Caitlin Moran, Emma Thompson, Sharon Horgan and Rhona Cameron have a shitfaced book club every 2 months, where we discuss the latest must have novel for all of 30 seconds while quaffing a bucket of wine. When it's time to go home Lorraine Macintosh off of Deacon Blue (she's a lovely girl but we're all a bit too much for her en masse) pops in for the last half hour and a sing song. Then Tim Minchin takes us all home in his black cab.

Spermysextowel · 25/04/2015 00:40

compos I love them too. So calm, so relaxed but often so funny.

Kleptronic · 25/04/2015 00:50

What's the name of the woman who does newsnight? Her.

ComposHatComesBack · 25/04/2015 00:50

Yes. Basat in particular has the most wonderfully dry sense of humour.

Mondays would be best for me to pop round Two episodes of coronation Street sandwiched by university challenge.

Spermysextowel · 25/04/2015 01:04

And now there's junior. Weird to think of how future generations will view Gogglbox. 'Your dad was famous for watching famous people'.

RumAppleGinger · 25/04/2015 01:13

Tamsin Grieg. But a big night out with her, Claudia winkleman, Victoria coren and Sue perkins would be ideal. although I fear at some point I would get very drunk and hit on sue embarrassing myself and never recover from it.

ShadowsCollideCantLogInToMN · 25/04/2015 01:51

Well, I can't think of an actual person, but if we're talking fantasy friends... Someone who enjoys a few glasses of Sav Blanc and some pizza or rare steak, who loves talking nerdy medical stuff, who is as interested in US presidents as I am (seriously, name a president, and I can tell you all about them), and is a feminist. That's my fantasy friend. Line up, folks!
