So i started a new job a few months back, very big jump in responsibility and have dedicated blood sweat and tears to getting the business moving.
There was two of us who started, unfortunately the person employed as my manager turned out to be terrible at her job she was neglectful and i was constantly doing both our jobs.
They told me they will be moving her and demoting her into another part of the business, which they did and i have been promoted to being the Manager.
I now have a member of staff as a floating member from the other part of the business which is far from ideal
