To tell DH that he pulls odd faces when we're talking to people and he needs to be aware and stop?

He does it when he's talking to me but also in public when speaking to other people and I'm finding it embarrassing and frustrating. The latest incident was when we were talking to a doctor and he did rabbit face it's so embarrassing. Mole whilst driving.

Can you post a photo OP?

I'm sure you're Dh won't mind.

One time we were waiting for the park and ride bus in york when an old woman went to get on instead of dH. She realised her mistake and stood back so Dh did mr burns and said "thank you!" In a stroppy authorative tone and everyone looked really angry at us. I wanted to push him over because he was hunched over anyway doing rabbit but that's an example of the social implications of his lack of social skills

I want a mole face!

Salmotrutta · 16/04/2015 19:14

You wanted to push him over?

Bit extreme Eh?

Salmotrutta · 16/04/2015 19:14

Why was he hunched over doing a rabbit?

Rabbits aren't hunched -are they?

thornrose · 16/04/2015 19:16

Does he do a Meerkat? People would love that, they're very popular! Grin

peltata · 16/04/2015 19:24

OP are you Justine Miliband?

BloggersNetwork · 16/04/2015 19:36

I was supposed to start dinner for the kids but I can see I'm not going anywhere now Grin

Moln · 16/04/2015 19:40

What about hippo face if he's tired?

PrettyPenguin · 16/04/2015 19:45

I have absolutely no idea what's going on in this thread but it's hilarious! It did occur to me that the OP might be married to Nigel Farage, who has no social skills at all, AFAIK, and has the most impressive array of facial expressions I've ever seen (aside from Mr Bean).

RubbishRobotFromTheDawnOfTime · 16/04/2015 19:51

Is this your DH and the kids?

I was already giggling but then I badgered(!) DP into doing a rabbit and a mole (with Mr Burns) voice and he did and he's now quite put out at my wheezing and choking hysteria.

What first attracted you to the millionaire Mr Copperfield?

shewept · 16/04/2015 20:04

Phantom you are 100% correct...just tried it Grin

Yeah mole face while driving his really dangerous. Its a known fact that when you mimic an animal you take on their physical attributes. I assume rabbit face induces eating carrots and leaving raisinesque poop everywhere, if so that would really piss me off.

shewept · 16/04/2015 20:05

Howling at peltata

KurriKurri · 16/04/2015 20:08

I do Baboon (crouching, arms swinging, oooh oooh oooh noises) I do it after I've been on the phone to XH - it is necessary in those circumstances.

One of my favourite quotes is from the book Lucky Jim "As a token, Dixon made his 'sex life in ancient Rome' face"

Ginmartini · 16/04/2015 20:23
