to give in and pirate the new game of thrones

I've been waiting so long for the new season, I was really looking forward to tomorrow to watch the first episode but now half of the season has leaked online I just want to download and watch today.

I know its wrong but I'm just so tempted to do so:(

I was just going to watch the first episode but couldn't help myself and binge watched them last night. (Quality was fine)

They have changed the story from what is in the books So I'm now on tenterhooks until I can watch ep.5.

A few people on my Facebook have already watched the first few episodes. Apparently it "doesn't disapoint". I'd rather watch it legally though.

SomewhereIBelong - assuming this isn't a rhetorical question, the legal ramifications are in theory civil proceedings for 'illegal' copyright.

No criminal prosecution as English law confines this to large scale distribution of copyright material rather than passive watching / downloading.

YABU to watch Game of Thrones at all because in S1E1 they were really mean to a doggy and I couldn't get any further than that :(

As for the legalities it really doesn't weigh on my chest, have bought every season on DVD so they get their money out of me eventually!

I don't know why you would. It's on tonight! I like having to wait a week between episodes, and then discussing it online right afterwards.

I only DL things if I can't get them any other way. I did DL Community and Parks because at the time they weren't on UK telly and the DVDs were too expensive. I then bought them when I could afford to so I don't feel bad about it.

I like to binge watch, given a choice - tend to lose interest / am unable to commit if this becomes a weekly event.
