I lived very locally to JT & NR growing up so knew every road and all the bits of Brum he was on about and knew where his house was etc. it made a difference when he was going on about his childhood, so managed to get into the book in that respect. Pictures are good though.

The whole album was TOP IIRC Pola, and The Flame had a great video with JT in it.

I could never look at zayn without picturing him jiggling his knob about in their first video when they're all jostling eachother on the beach. Ffs leave it alone!

I've just had a look at DD's ID calendar which helpfully has names next to the photographs.

While the rest of the band look artfully sultry (as far as 12 yr old boys can), Zayn looks positively miserable on each and every picture.

Take That were always about Mark Owen for me. Robbie's departure made him a traitor in my eyes and he was immediately dead to me from that day forward.

I have always harboured a soft spot for Zayn on account of his refusal to dance at the auditions. I have often wondered how he has managed to bear so long in the band with his obvious reluctance to be made to look like a dick. I always liked the Irish blonde one though, he struck me as being a bewildered toddler on the show who didn't quite get what was happening but was going along with it all on the promise of a lollipop later. I read a Guardian feature on them a while back that really made it sound like no life anyway, sounds like they are very tightly controlled with exhausting schedules. They couldn't keep going indefinitely.

I saw 1d on children in need last year and tbh they looked dead behind their eyes. Like they had reached the end of their tether. And poor Niall the little blonde one looked bloated like he had been hitting the bottle a little too much. Sad.

Now you do realize that this is quite a matter here, seeing as many many 12-14 year old girls are going to be seeing them next week at the concert here in SA. And as i knew because this information came fresh from my 12 year old dd that he had not left the band, but had left the tour..... Because he had been photographed with another lady, and his girlfriend at home was very upset, so he had to go home and make up with her and give her a hug and some flowers...

Only to find out now that he is in REHAB! Oh well, really he is probably still here in SA anyway, as it is where a lot of slebs come for their rehab...

I really should keep up with the news.....
