I have loads but this is the current, most awful example.

Dp and I currently have sublet our spare room to a friend who needed a place to live. The idea was that she helps with bills and in return doesn't have to pay as much rent as she would if she lived on her own.
Long story short; she is awful. Dirty, lazy and tight. will use our bread, butter etc but hides her stuff in case we use it. Didn't contribute to bills until I started asking for forty quid a month (for her share of Internet, gas and lekky) on top of her rent. Didn't pay a penny for Internet for ten months after she moved in despite using my old laptop which she then broke Hmm.

She also left her dirty knickers in the bathroom with a dirty fanny pad in them. Swanned in and out several times without picking them up. I went in with a plastic bag over my hand and dumped them.

dP is soon up for a pay rise so we are biding our time til we tell her to fuck off.

I moved into a friend of a friend's house as a lodger. All seemed to be going well, until I got up after being there a week to find a list two A4 pages long of all the misdemeanours I had committed (these included objecting to the fact the cupboard she had given me to store my food in was under the sink, leaving a cup drying on the draining board, putting food in the wrong freezer draw) I moved out fairly soon after before she got chance to get to voodoo doll out...

At uni I lived with 4 girls.

They did lots of drugs, including stinking the flat out with weed and were up all hours partying. Hygiene issues too, including never changing bedsheets and leaving used condomd lying around..

I left after an aggressive confrontation from one of them. They removed me from the contract but tried to get me to continue paying rent and tried to hold on to my deposit too. They tried to stop me collecting my belongings.

Overall it was very unpleasant and I had to take them to small claims court to get my deposit back (judgement in my favour). I never flatshared again. I lost a lot of weight that year due to the stress, and became clinically underweight.

Houseshared with a man who, though he was also renting a room, was sort of the number one renter and held copies of the room keys. He would go into my locked bedroom when I wasn't there and leave little signs that he had been in, just to get to me. He was very openly into porn (but literature type porn, which he could pretend made him clever), and on occasion made nasty sexual comments. He also had the very annoying habit of talking in baby language - eg "I'm going for a walky". The houseshare didn't go well, and I don't think his previous ones had either.

I once houseshared with a fellow student who really got to me after a while. She was probably the most selfish person I've ever had the joy of spending time with. The high point was when she told me that her sister had gone into hospital diagnosed with cancer, and that of course she couldn't be expected to take time away from her studies to go and visit her (approx. 1 hour trip).

My uni housemates were a dream compared to the two 'professional' guys my friend and I shared with when we first moved to London.

One would sit on the sofa watching porn on his laptop while the rest of us watched tv. Except it was weird porn. The most memorable one was when he sat next to me watching one where a guy shoots a bear on a hunting trip (it's real) then has sex with a woman on top of it whilst shouting 'uh, yeah, shake that bear!'
