He's so ungrateful. I feed him more than I feed the kids. In my drunken state last night I emptied an entire packet of his beloved dreamies on the floor for him and this morning, what do I get? Nothing! Just demands for more bloody food.

Not even a headless mouse. Ungrateful bastard.

Sorry, it's my fault.

He asked me to send this for him, and I forgot.

My two deigned to join me on the bed while I had my lie in this morning. One sat on my face, the other on my leg, immobilising it till it went numb.

I feel honoured to have been accepted as their heat source.

all my cat gave me was a filthy lookSadSadSad

silveroldie2 · 15/03/2015 14:40

RitaOrange I think you are so wrong to come on this thread and boast about getting a furball when so many are hurting on here. Have you no empathy? These sad people would sell their soul for a furball but they got nothing. [sobs]

AlwaysDancing1234 · 15/03/2015 14:43

Dogs have owners, cats have staff. He is clearly treating you like you don't matter, take him to tribunal Grin

itsnotmeitsyou1 · 15/03/2015 14:47

My dog, my baby girl of 12 years, whom I've loved, cared and bought Ceaser for, decided waking me up with a foul poop, was a nice present. I assume its a present, because she never does this, and obviously thinks its a treat for me to clean up after her Envy.

GlitzAndGigglesx · 15/03/2015 14:49

My 2 bastard cats didn't even come and rub their furry selves on my leg when I came in from work. They just looked at each other as if to say the bitch is back

MumToFourCats · 15/03/2015 14:54

I should have got 4 presents from my cats. Two are asleep with OH on the bed. One is prowling around the kitchen hoping the fridge door will suddenly open and that lovely cooked chicken be within paw-reach, and the fourth is sitting on the window sill glaring at next door's cat.

I didn't even get a chewed mouse. :(

liveloveluggage · 15/03/2015 14:55

My dog took me for a nice walk this morning at 7.30am. A cat would never think to do that!

70isaLimitNotaTarget · 15/03/2015 15:01

My DD guinea-pig popped round to Tesco (same time as I did but I didn't see her there, weirdly enough) and bought some little beauty treats - face packs, eye remover wipes, - chocolates (that appeared on my bill Confused . Wrapped them in a gift bag and left them beside DD bed for her to find.

My guinea-pig greeted me with a morning cuddle and ate her pooh (they do this - nice ) . Didn't even offer to share .

butterfly2015 · 15/03/2015 15:40

I have now checked my shoes. No mouse.

When he sits at my feet while I'm eating my roast dinner I shall ignore his pleading face and not a piece of roast pork will fall off my plate.

Aging pussy presented her winnet covered bum to DH to be cleaned with a wet wipe.

Not sure if that was my gift or not

owlborn · 15/03/2015 15:52

My cat just came in and coughed up green slime on the floor. That's like flowers, right?

finnbarrcar · 15/03/2015 15:55

My dog did an giant dump on the living room floor. That's real love.

Topseyt · 15/03/2015 15:56

I got nothing from my cat and my two dogs. Zilch. Bone idle, ungrateful feckers!!

You'd think they would know by now how many lovely things I do for them!!!

Sparklepup · 15/03/2015 16:50

I'm fuming. No breakfast in bed off the dog and while I was in the shower she chewed one of my favourite shoes and the oven glove. No appreciation whatsoever for all chicken treats and walks in all weathers Wink

Tisnemo · 15/03/2015 16:51

Ha, mine chose today to graduate from mouse bits to a whole rat! That's love ?. Lucky me!

PintofCiderPlease · 15/03/2015 17:00

I got a dead mouse, lovingly laid out on the door step. Not even mauled!

MauriceTheCat · 15/03/2015 17:30

YABU - YABVVVU...

Your poor poor cat has been good enough to raise you to the status of a human that is worth ignoring and you are still ungrateful.

I would to be at the level of general indiferrence from the Maurice Cats...

Caoimhe1922 · 15/03/2015 18:19

Well I don't mean to gloat( oh I do, I really do) but my cat and dog sent me flowers by Interflora! They seem to have used my ExH's credit card ( he got custody- sob) but they seem to want us to get back together but that will never happen.

canweseethebunnies · 15/03/2015 18:25

I got a live rat last week. My cat's thoughtful like that!
