To have yelled at this woman

Who I saw dragging her 2 yr old out of his pram & hitting him repeatedly on the pavement (I was stopped at traffic lights & wound down window yelled 'Nooooo' 'stop hitting!' She just looked at me & looked away ) My instincts got the better of me. Feeling sick about it all. That poor kid. Police car was 4 cars in front of me too

(They think any child in a pram is a baby, no concept of age) I explained to them if they see something wrong that it's very ok to shout (although not sure message got through)

Probably worth still reporting as someone said. If the police did see it, you are an additional independent witness. If they didn't there may be cctv. Will make you feel a bit better perhaps too.
