To think that 9am on a Saturday is not early?

I signed up DS for a Saturday morning club today it starts at 9 am - messaged the ex about it because I hadn't seen this club so local to me before today.

His response - good but it's a bit early.

The travelling time is literally a 5 min walk from my front door.

This will never cross with ex's time with him.

So 9am early - really?

Ha! Yes, Hakluyt - I think that's how me and DH survived the early years with our 3. We slept in shifts quite happily because I naturally go to bed early and he goes late.

Match made in heaven.

I cheered when DS gave up football and we no longer had to get up early to get to a match for 8.30. I now have a more leisurely routine since DD doesn't have her piano lesson until 9.30. Dh & I have lie ins on Sundays

9am is pretty late for a 3 year old isn't it? You'd have been up for hours with him already if he's anything like mine were.

I leave the house at 9am on a Saturday for Zumba, with my 13yo daughter.
