To think neighbour should take in wet washing?

I live in a block of flats me and my neighbour share the front communal balcony. There are washing lines that go diagonally along the balcony where people hang out their laundry. For the last 3 weeks my next door neighbour has had her washing out on the line and the way the line is positioned means I have to walk literally through her washing to get past, now obviously the weather has not been great so the washing is soaking wet! Aibu to think that she should of taken it in by now?! I don't speak to this neighbour as we fell out years ago but it starting to bug me.

YANBU! ...but have you seen her about? Could something have happened to her, if this is unusual behaviour? if not, snip the line.

Is it the same washing for days now? And are cats circling around the door?

Just wondering'...

Is she ok?

WitchWay · 16/01/2015 21:55

If you don't think she's come to harm, dump it on the floor and see what happens. You've already fallen out.

YANBU it's annoying and unsightly! When we lived in flats our lazy arse neighbour used to leave his out in winter for days when they would literally freeze solid. Do people not need clothes to wear?! i would be tempted to pop them in a large bag for life and leave them on her doorstep (and maybe check she's still alive)

Er yes Id definitely be chapping on her door to make sure she's okay...

If she's elderly could she be forgetting things?
