If we conceived then it was one week ago. My nipples are sore and they are never normally sore. In my yoga gear my tummy looks less toned. I am weeing more than usual I reckon. Am I crazy? Can you feel pregnant only one week after dtd? It is my third pregnancy.

Psychosomatic symptoms can be as strong, and sometimes even stronger, than real ones.
At a week post conception (and if you meant you had sex a week ago, actual conception could have been as late 2 days ago, if it happened at all), it simply isn't possible to have any effect on your stomach muscles, there is no physical mechanism that could have caused this so early.

Lots of people say they knew straight away, but you have to factor in confirmation bias. More likely is they really thought they were, and then once confirmed, they remember this as knowing for sure, forgetting all the other times they really thought they were but were not.

Congratulations! I too knew very quickly after conception, approx 7/8 days after ovulation I got a metallic taste in my mouth which I had never experienced before. Tested 4 days before my period was due and bfp :)

I started throwing up a week after conceiving DD. didn't stop for 6 months

Congratulations! Just as a word of warning, I felt like this with my pregnancy and it was because I was carrying twins - the hormones were going up twice as quickly!

I had a positive test 9 days after dtd, I knew I was pregnant a few days before. Twins.
