Yes it annoys me when I read something like "Can't link as I'm on my phone" - but you can, quite easily.

(At least you can on an iPhone - I now have an Android and haven't figured how to C&P on that yet).

So sorry that you are being annoyed by people whose Apple products have been ruined by the iOS 8 update. It's so wrong of them, they should just buy new iPads.

I use the MN app and don't link to things because I don't know if it would work. If I use the usual [[ thing like I would on the normal site but via the app, would it still create a link?

I used to be able to. But since my last update, I need a clear space. If I try to paste after I've written something, it goes all Pete Tong

Also can't copy text from the MN app to paste in to my own post, if that makes sense.
