Yes you can. Very easy. I have os8 i think.

Yes it annoys me when I read something like "Can't link as I'm on my phone" - but you can, quite easily.

(At least you can on an iPhone - I now have an Android and haven't figured how to C&P on that yet).

So sorry that you are being annoyed by people whose Apple products have been ruined by the iOS 8 update. It's so wrong of them, they should just buy new iPads.

Definitely a thread I want to come back to digest - after I've scoffed and digested my new found passion...frozen prawns. Gotta whole packet here, I maY be some time...

I use the MN app and don't link to things because I don't know if it would work. If I use the usual [[ thing like I would on the normal site but via the app, would it still create a link?

CSIJanner · 13/01/2015 13:49

I used to be able to. But since my last update, I need a clear space. If I try to paste after I've written something, it goes all Pete Tong

FelixFelix · 13/01/2015 13:49

Also can't copy text from the MN app to paste in to my own post, if that makes sense.
