I hope I am BU actually

And hoping you'll reassure me with good reasons exactly why I am BU

I suffer with anxiety and it just latches on from one thing to the next tbh - a constant need to prove to myself that I'm being silly

Be gentle Grin

You certainly would be exposed to more signals in the air from different sources now that there are more wifi routers, yes. If you walk round a city, there's plenty of signal sources. The signals dissipate very quickly as they radiate away from the source though, this is why my wifi doesn't reach into my bloody kitchen and I can't listen to Iplayer while I cook the dinner. I'm trying to find a reputable link that explains this better than I can to try and reassure you. I'll post it when I find it.

Radio or wifi waves are like ripples in a pond, they can't last or accumulate.

We get a lot of discussion round here about people that work at the nuclear power station up the road. As far as I know they don't have any higher a rate of illness than anyone else and lots of them have perfectly healthy families.

I sometimes listen to a podcast etc with the phone under my pillow and on insomnia nights I get the "will my phone being this close give me a brain tumor" panic but I pretty much am certain that I will be fine.

Incidentally, our earliest radio signals are now 110 light years away. Incredible really.

It has to be something environmental also - I can count on one hand the number of kids I knew with autism back in the 90's

No, autism is more recognised and diagnosed now. There have always been autistic people.
