To be annoyed that dd's Jack Wills Pyjamas shrank on washing?

Dd1, asked for a pair of navy dotted Jack Wills Hawksley Pyjamas for Christmas which I bought for her. She was thrilled and wore them last week. Yesterday she put them on after DH had washed them & they have shrunk. She has not grown in the last few days or put on masses of weight but they are now too tight. As they have been washed Jack Wills take no responsibility for them.

AIBU to be annoyed and want to warn other people to be incredibly careful washing Jack Wills Pyjamas as they are prone to shrinking and they won't refund or offer any credit?

Definitely get on Twitter. It's the place I've had the best responses from, especially if I tweet a picture. Find their Twitter name and make sure you pop them on!

I bought my DD track suit bottoms from Jack Wills, £58 &. They can't even be tumble dried according to the label. I was definately BU to but them for her. Overpriced crap!

Ga few years ago a friend told me with pride that now her daughter would only wear JW pants at £10 a pair. This is for a 12 yo! I told her she was insane!
