not only do you get the joy of the extruder like packaging but they are SO delicious. And you lavish them with frankly unnecessary icing.

I recommend to you all wafts arm lavishly

We have these jus rol breakfasts every weekend. They make me feel like I have a little bit of domestic capability (especially when I have guests and I hide the packaging... Xmas Grin )

CaramellaDeVille · 28/12/2014 10:40

Sorry ElizabethHoover. They just didn't do IT for me at all. A bit too sweet and not flaky enough for me.

Edenviolet · 28/12/2014 10:41

Ds1 loves them as they are dairy and egg free and he doesn't often get treats due to his allergies as most have milk/egg in. Jus roll apple Danish and croissants are lovely too

ClimbingFramePlanningEnquiry · 28/12/2014 10:41

They're a sweet breakfast pastry. Can be like croissants, or a more doughy/bread type.

Mine were actually more like biscuits may have picked up the wrong flour but tasty nonetheless.

But not a patch on jus roll cinnamon swirls Envy

Clutterbugsmum · 28/12/2014 10:47

I have been known to make them with either ready rolled puff pastry or ready rolled pizza dough. And just add butter, cinnamon and sugar.

My DC have these on a Sunday or pain au chocolate.

AliceinWinterWonderland · 28/12/2014 10:51

All you need really is just the ready rolled dough. Unroll it. Butter it. Add cinnamon and sugar all across it. Roll it back up. Slice it. Bake it. Easy.

I really need to dig out the caramel roll recipe my neighbour used to make when I was a child. Those were similar and had a melty caramel oozing over the top once you turned out the pan. Yum.

no we dont want to bake

we want to put in oven and eat with our faces

they are lovely and vegan! as are the pain au chocolat, I well remember the joy when I found out they are all vegan. Full of junk but vegan.

drbonnieblossman · 28/12/2014 11:07

Just discovered these last week. They are delicious!

IloveJudgeJudy · 28/12/2014 11:08

Have just discovered the pains au chocolat and croissants from Jus-Rol this year. Had them for Christmas Day breakfast. We all agreed they were delish and we'll definitely have them again. I'm going to send DS1 some in his next shop.

OddFodd · 28/12/2014 11:15

Oh wow! I have only had the croissants and pain au chocs and they are delish but cinnamon swirls are my fave.

And yes - allergen free! (well apart from the gluten)

OddFodd · 28/12/2014 11:18

That doesn't make any sense. I mean that cinnamon swirls are my fave kind of danish but I didn't know that jus rol did them.

I'm also a big fan of their garlic bread in a tube. Children love it

NotEvenAnEnormouseStirred · 28/12/2014 11:21

I love these. We had the pain au chocolat for Christmas breakfast.

I had never known the joys of delicious baked pastry products till I discovered jus rol (egg allergy).

Now I know what I've been missing

Clutterbugsmum · 28/12/2014 21:23

AliceinWinterWonderland

All you need to do is mix light soft brown sugar and butter together then put a tablespoon in the bottom of a bun tin, put on cinnamon dough and bake. I have also added rough chopped pecan nuts to the sticky topping.
