To not be able to sleep because I'm excited?

I'm a fully grown adult for goodness sake....! Just me?

Pesky kids when they won't wake up.

I'm up. Usually all the presents are unwrapped by now... but DC still asleep!!!! I AM SO EXCITED - I COULD EXPLODE!

I've been waking up briefly every hour on the hour since ten to 5. I've now given up and got up. No one else is.

Was up every hour. ... a combination of excitement and being 8 months pregnant.

DS and OH fast asleep so I've got radio on and having a cuppa before I go and wake them.

Adore Christmas and always have. Its never lost its magic for me.

Been awake since 7, but had ds in our bed awake from 3:30 till 5ish so not much sleep for me. (I looked after ds as dh is cooking the dinner, and I wanted him on top form!). The excitement should see me through!
