no...peas do not like to bobble...they are the only vegetable with a herd instinct. All rolling across the plate together when you try to prop them on your fork.

held upside-down in your left hand.

Escapeas, aren't they?

Rosa · 13/12/2014 20:39

Agree and he is I talian FGS. He uses a small pan and fills it up almost to the top with water the wonders why when he puts pasta in it overflows. The thing is he keeps on doing it drives me up the effin wall.

I am nto talking about him as if he is a child. I am sure MANY things annoy him about me,

When he cooks, he rams rice for 5 into a pan that would do 3

Microwaved peas are many shades of wrong.

CatsClaus · 13/12/2014 21:21

nauticant ...i press them onto my fork really....but don't tell my mother.

Redcoats · 13/12/2014 21:26

Mine used every pan and every cooking utensil we own No matter what he's cooking.

His most heinous pan crime is that when he cooks beans he doesn't take them all out. He'll leave a spoonful in the pan. Why why why?

CakeAndWineAreAFoodGroup · 13/12/2014 21:30

Don't they care about the boyzone layer?

Brilliant.

Yeah, I've just boiled DH's rice dry (in an appropriately sized pan, though) so not sure I can cast many stones here. Luckily the smell of charred carbs alerted me.

Mind you, the reason dinner over-ran was because DH switched on the bottom oven and put my chips in the top one, so six of one....

TiggyD · 14/12/2014 12:25

Doesn't rice come in sachets nowadays anyway?
