He ate ALL of my special Lindor chocolate bar that I bought for a treat...didn't even save me a piece.

Making cake for tomorrow...AIBU just to eat his portion?

Damn right. And make him buy a replacement chocolate bar.

And the ingredients for the cake while I'm thinking of it.

disclaimer: I'm on a fasting day that I should have given up on at lunchtime and so may be lacking generosity of spirit

Absolutely. Send him a picture

I was tempted to hide his Pringles but I thought that was too harsh....

I saw a documentary once where a woman made her ex a dog poo pie in revenge, which he unknowingly ate. I think the same is justified in these circumstances.

Patilla · 20/11/2014 20:40

Hide the Pringles, hide the Pringles.

Oh no - don't hide the tub, open the tub, empty the contents and put the lid back on and wait for your revenge!

Vitalstatistix · 20/11/2014 20:52

Hide the pringles in your tum!

If my DH even THOUGHT about touching my chocolate he'd be outside in the shed for the night.

Does your DH not know the rules about chocolate?

In my house they are

"All chocolate belongs to Claw."
"If you ask for Claws chocolate she will laugh in your face."

They can be little pigs can't they?
I made our big Christmas cake two days ago (I like it to mature, and also 'feed' it with rum once a week before decorating it.) At the same time I made a second, large loaf-shaped cake which I intended to make into a sort of Yule log. The little horror knows this as I've done it every year for decades. So, I go to the cupboard and notice the loaf-shaped plastic box is open. The clingfilm's been unwrapped...and he's scoffed half of it in one go, the beast! I show him the evidence and his darling black face goes all sad and sorry. His huge brown eyes melt me ... and I cut him another slice. Ah well, cheerio Yule log. (He's getting a bit of a paunch though.)

I think I will hold his treats hostage until a new chocolatebar is forthcoming....as for tonight? well as the lindor was my treat for when i get up to breastfeed DS during the night I will bring the baby into our room and DH can keep me company...

Oh it was bad enough before you mentioned breastfeeding... But now...

I'd have opened the pringles and poured vinegar in till they were swimming. Then put the lid back on.

Then I'd spend several days making digs about taking food directly from the mouth of his child.

And I'd be expecting two Lindt bars, minimum, in replacement.
