dh poppeed out with ds to buy school shoes. I asked him to pick up some briefs for me as I was running low. He came home with plain full briefs.
aibu to be mildly offended by this. I do own some post csection big pants but really.

Always go big and safe I say. Unless he bought size 26 and you're an 8. That would be bad.

was running low as on holiday and got caught out with af. Did specify briefs but expected midi on high legs etc which are the ones I wear. Obviously not expecting sexy and did specify cotton. Have a few full briefs in drawer but don't wear them as too big. Lesson learnt.

Men are too literal a lot of the time. Probably he thought you meant big panties because you said briefs. In my experience, you have to be pretty detailed to get what you want. Subtlety seems to be a lost art.
