I made a conscious effort a year or two ago to start reading books again. I used to love reading but after dc my attention span had dropped and my mn use had increased. I had to make the effort.
I think on the whole the internet it a good thing but I do miss aspects of pre internet life. I think a good compromise would be to go back to slow dial up on a desktop, no smartphones or wifi everywhere :)

Really bealfie14? People talk to me quite a lot when I'm out, sometimes they tell me their entire life story. One of my brothers gets similar at work. although I do sometimes pretend to be on the phone when I see certain people coming because they'll make me late for appointments
