I just nearly had a fire in my kitchen with a jacket potato being turned to charcoal by my newish microwave. Fortunately I went in before the end time but the house now stinks of smoke and the potato was literally incinerated inside (only in for 7 mins, pricked etc)
I called ao.com and they are sending me a new microwave TOMORROW! I think this is great customer service.
As someone who often complains when companies get things wrong, I thought it would be nice to post when someone gets it very right
